This month I chose our fan differently. It was still randomized, but instead of tearing up and writing names on 50 small pieces of paper, I plugged everyone’s name(s) into an excel spreadsheet and then visited this site: http://andrew.hedges.name/experiments/random/. The winner was #19…JR!

Burrito baby.
Joe Rodio (brother of Beth) and I have never met, but I like that he leaves a lot of comments on our blogs. He also lawyers stuff. My favorite thing about him is that when he was younger, he was overwhelmed while swimming with dolphins, so Beth got to replace him and had a fun time splashing with Flippers. What I’m saying is that I’m glad your fear propelled my friend to greater happiness.

Things I Thought... 
Do not belittle the dolphin experience. The very large females really wanted to keep him and we may have exaggerated his age and swimming skills. Seriously, I had to tell the attendant that I had my swiss army knife and was prepared to use it on Flipper before he got the child out of the water.
But, you’re right about Beth, she was screaming with excitement through her snorkel.
That picture is just creepy. Does the baby have a moustache?
